Raindrops (Poem)

It’s raining, it’s raining,
We can hear the pitter patter sing.
The clouds are dark,
Not a single bark.
Louder gets the pitter patter,
The rain drops get fatter and fatter.
The vehicles come and dash,
The water all around will splash.
Somewhere I need to go,
But the rain is sometimes our foe.
Odd creatures will soon breed,
Maybe it’s the rain’s deed.
The pavement is hit by drops,
Sure, the rain may help the crops.
Right now I’m in the car
Thank goodness I don’t need to go too far.
Beforehand, we will have seeds to sow,
That’s why, rain is our friend and foe.

Hoped you liked the poem! Btw, big news! Well, at least for me and my Ibis drawing fans. (That is, if I have any)

Love In The Rain (Poem)

It had been a rainy night,
When a beggar came,
Begging to sleep tight.

He was not as white as a dove,
But was a man,
Full of love.

His lips became pout,
As though to kiss me,
But my dad came out.

He told the beggar to go away,
But the beggar in the rain,
Kindly lay.

My dad went,
And I was glad,
That the beggar was not sent.

But then came a flood,
So he had to go,
With his hood.

He gestured me to hold his hand,
Gave me his hood,
And set to his land.
